Alright the model is almost done, It has an IK RIG as well. There are some issues to be worked on.
The model lacks any  facial flexes, which I am working on, in addition this model will have multiple body groups 
So I don't have to port so many of the same models with different textures or meshes.
The model seems to function okay with the IK rig, but some times may distort if you screw around with it too much.
Hair is not poseable nor are the eyes.
The model is almost done. 
ALSO you can do dynamic lighting with it pretty smoothly with out any errors.
